About me

I studied industrial engineering and software development at Tampere University of Technology. While I was there I built a website for our family's chair business, and started wondering who was actually visiting it. I have been working on versions of that question ever since. This led me to found my first web analytics company, Snoobi.

I build B2B software companies, mostly around analytics, payments and sales.

Since 2012 I've been building Leadfeeder. In 2022 we merged with Echobot and raised €180 million from Great Hill Partners. Everything else I'm involved in these days, I'm involved in as an investor.

  1. Solinor

    Founded 2002 · Sold 2018

    A software consultancy in Helsinki building payment and integration systems. Sold to Gofore in 2018.

  2. Snoobi

    Founded 2004 · Sold 2012

    A web analytics company built around identifying and profiling the visitors to a site. In 2009 it was the 15th fastest growing company in Europe, and the same year the Finnish Software Entrepreneurs Association named me Software Entrepreneur of the Year. Sold to Fonecta in 2012.

  3. Leadfeeder

    Founded 2012

    Identifies which companies are visiting a website by matching the visitor's IP address against a company database, so sales and marketing know who to talk to. More than 30,000 websites use it. We merged with Echobot in 2022, traded as Dealfront for a few years, and went back to the Leadfeeder name in 2026. I still run it.

  4. Fraktio

    Co-founded 2012

    A Helsinki software consultancy building web and mobile services for companies like Terveystalo and Verkkokauppa.com. Now an investment.

  5. Payment Highway

    Founded 2013 · Sold 2017

    Card payments and tokenisation for web and mobile. Sold to Osuuspankki in 2017; the product is now part of Paytrail.

  6. Cluby

    Founded 2018

    A membership and loyalty app used by hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes in Finland. Now an investment.

  7. Samppalinna

    Founded 2016

    A restaurant and nightclub on the river in Turku, open through the year and best known for its summer terrace. Now an investment.
